The Houses offered are exclusive and can be rented over holidays, vacations and weekends as well as on any other period of the year. It is an excellent option for those who have a refined taste and appreciate comfort.

After the houses are forwarded to us, they go through a careful inspection and must be approved by an Admission Board. In order to be listed in our website, apart from being Charming, the houses must be very well kept and count on a well-trained service team.

The clients are either forwarded or recommended to us. This offers a certain guarantee both for the tenant and the landlord.

They want to spend a weekend, a few days or even a whole holiday in a different place, bartering their houses for this transaction. The deal is made between real estate owners. CASAS CHARMOSAS only puts them in contact. To be included in CASAS CHARMOSAS the Barter house goes through a careful inspection, similar to the one adopted to assess a house listed in our website for rental.
